6-BAR LIFT

The 6-bar lift was one of our most challenging designs — ★★★★★ difficulty.

Every detail mattered. A small issue in the arm design could prevent pins from stacking correctly, and after a 180° flip, the pin still had to land accurately inside the beam.

Building a tall lift while staying within the robot’s size limit made the challenge even greater.
